DELIVERY
We take pride in giving great service, and that includes efficient delivery. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of our control can delay a parcel, despite our best endeavors, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.

Due to all our products being handmade and/or personalised it can take between 2-5 working days until we dispatch your item.
Time: 24-72 hours from dispatch.
Express Delivery
This option will ensure your item will be dispatched the next working day from when you complete your order.

RETURNS
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact our customer services team within 8 working days of receiving your parcel. All returns faulty or damaged, are made at cost to yourself. Items need to be returned within 30 days in the original packaging.
Personalised items that are specially made, that makes the item unique to your requirements cannot be resold and are non returnable unless faulty.
Once we have received the item, we will process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days at the very latest, subject to compliance with the returns policy Terms and Conditions and timeframes outlined.

We do advise our customers that our 24K gold plating and 18K rose gold plating can wear away with time. We advise to avoid water, soaps and perfumes and to take the piece of jewellery off at night. We are happy however to re-plate any jewellery, purchased at the customers cost.
If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so as soon as possible. If your order is personalised and has already been accepted or dispatched, you cannot cancel your order. This is due to the personalisation, unique to your requirements, making them non re-saleable.

You can also pay through PAYPAL and bank transfer.
